Principal and Founder
Darryl is the Principal and Founder of Torrens Legal having established the firm in 2011.
Having graduated from Murdoch University with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce, Darryl has over 12 years’ experience as a commercial lawyer.
Darryl practices primarily in the areas of general commercial, contract and property law. He has substantial and diverse experience in all aspects of property law including pre-acquisition due diligence, joint ventures and financing of projects, off the plan contracts for strata title and green title developments, strata title advice, tourism resort developments and leasing of office, retail, commercial and industrial property.
